​​Handling fees and shipping services

2.1 The amount indicated on the invoice includes taxes (GST and QST).

2.2 Handling and/or shipping costs, if any, will be borne by the customer, in proportion to the specifics of the order and/or according to a possible agreement between Phare Médica and the customer.

Shipping Services

4.1 Orders are dispatched to the place designated by the customer, unless there is a prior agreement between Phare Médica and the customer.

Phare Médica undertakes, as far as possible and in accordance with the availability of the designated shipping services, to offer delivery within the appropriate deadlines.
